COVID – 19

Information – Update

In consideration of the government’s recommendations and that of the World Health Organisation, all our church services and weekly groups are being suspended until further notice.  We will not be physically gathering together as a body at church until further notice but we are hoping to do our church service online in some format and virtual life groups to protect those in our families.

As a church we recognise our need to continue being the church and staying connected even though it may look a bit different in this season.

At a time when we are navigating the evolving situation with the current pandemic let’s make sure we are encouraging one another by staying connected. There are so many ways for us to continue being the church, supporting one another and assisting those in need.

Over the coming week we are rolling out online life groups in order to stay connected, and we hope to continue to serve and pray for one another, as always.

Just a reminder that it is Mother’s Day this Sunday. Make sure you make your mum or the mothering women in your world feel special!

We love you and will be in contact again soon. We look forward to connecting online for our service on Sunday mornings– more detail to follow. We will update facebook and the SFCC web site once details are known.

In closing, let us remind ourselves that we are living in unprecedented times that are presenting us with great opportunities. As the church, we get the privilege to be the light in our neighbourhoods and we get to exercise faith through prayer on behalf of others. Bless others and be your awesome selves!

If you know of people who do not have access to the internet but need to know this information then please print off a copy of this message and give it to them.

Love and blessings,

Glenn, Margaret, Mark & Julie.
